Nutritious Recipe—-Peanut Butter.

Today I am posting delicious Peanut Butter recipe. Peanut Butter is a spread made from roasted Peanuts. It is good for health.It is a good protein source, help with weight loss and diabetes. It tastes delicious. But do not eat store bought Peanut Butter. It often contains additional ingredients that modify the taste and texture. Sometimes it contains Sweeteners, emulsifier even trans fat. So do not use store bought Peanut butter. Prepare this beautiful spread at home. It is very quick and  easy to prepare at home using just a bit of salt and little veg. oil.

Time – 10 minutes.

Ingredients –

Roasted Peanut – 200 grams (shelled and skinned).

Salt – 1/4 tsp.

Veg. oil – 1/2 tsp.

INSTRUCTIONS  –

Warm the nuts on slow heat, then transfer in a mixer grinder. Grind on high speed for few seconds. First these will be ground peanuts. At this time, take a break. Because your grinder starts to warm. After 2/3 minutes scrape the sides of the jar with a spoon. Add 1/2 tsp.of salt and little veg. oil. Grind for few seconds. The peanuts starts to stick. Scrape again. Grind for few seconds. The peanuts go in stages from crumbs to sticky lump and finally creamy Peanut Butter. Transfer the butter in a jar and store in the fridge. It lasts for 5 to 6 months in the refrigerator.

Delicious home made Peanut Butter is ready. It is so much cheaper and tastier, you will never want to buy store bought again. Use as e spread or make various dishes—-Cookies, smoothie, fudge….ENJOY.
