Ripe Papaya Sondesh—A Tasty And Healthy Sweet/Healthy Dessert/Microwave Dessert

Today I am sharing with you a very beautiful sweet —–Snodesh recipe. Sondesh is a Bengali sweet,very popular among people. Here is a little twist. I have made Sondesh with ripe Papaya. It is very quick and easy to prepare, because I have made it in microwave. You can prepare this awesome sweet in a pan also.

Cooking time – 15 minutes. Serve – 4

Ingredients –

Ripe Papaya (pulp) – 1 cup

Powdered milk – 3 tbsp.

Cottage cheese (chana/panir) – 1 cup.

Sugar – 1/2 cup

Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp.

Instructions – Put all the ingredients in a mixer grinder, grind to a smooth paste. Take the paste in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at high power for 2 minutes (3 to 4 times) and stir in between in every 2 minutes. Time depends on the power of the microwave.

Take out from the microwave and scrape into a bowl. Allow to cool . Once cool knead well and divide into small balls——–press into the mold.

Delicious and nutritious Papaya Sondesh is ready——-Enjoy.
