Left over recipe——Chow Mien Pakora/Noodles Snacks

Today I am sharing with you a delicious snacks recipe made with leftover chow mien. It is chow mien pakora. It is very tasty and you need only few ingredients to prepare this snacks. It takes only few minutes and can be served as a tea time snacks or appetizer. So never waste the leftover chow mien, turn it into delicious pakora.

Cooking time – 15 minutes.  Serve – 4

Ingredients –

  1. Leftover chow mien – 1 bowl.
  2. Gram flour – 1/2 cup.
  3. Corn flour/rice flour – 1/4 cup.
  4. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp.
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Sugar – 1/4 tsp.
  7. Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp.
  8. Chopped coriander leaves – a handful.
  9. Oil for deep frying.
  10. Baking powder – 1/2 tsp.

Instructions –

Put all the ingredients (except oil) in a large mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients well and make a dough. Divide the dough into balls.

Heat oil in a frying pan.Once oil is hot reduce the heat. Add 4 to 5 chow mien balls. Fry on slow flame till golden brown on all sides. Increase the heat, take out the fried balls with a slotted spoon and keep on paper towels. Again reduce the heat and start the next batch.

Delicious Leftover Chow Mien Pakora is ready, serve hot with tomato ketchup.
