Crispy Broccoli Snacks/Broccoli Pakora

Hi Friends,

Today I am sharing with you a new snacks recipe made with broccoli. It is a deep fried snacks, crispy, very tasty and quick and easy to prepare. It is completely a home made snacks recipe. You can make this beautiful  snacks dish any time at home. You need only few ingredients to make the dish. It can be served as a tea time snacks or appetizer for any party.

Cooking time – 30 minutes.  Serve – 4

  1. Broccoli (medium) – 1( Cut into small florets)
  2. Flour (maida) – 1 cup(small)
  3. Corn flour – 1/2 cup
  4. Garlic cloves – 4 (finely chopped)
  5. Green chilly 2 (finely chopped)
  6. Soya sauce – 1 tbsp.
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. Sugar – a pinch.
  9. Pepper powder – 1 tbsp.
  10. Oil for deep frying.

Instructions-

Boil the florets in 4 cups of water for 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a colander. In a mixing bowl put flour,corn flour,garlic,chilly,soya sauce,salt,sugar and pepper powder. Mix all the ingredients properly. Mix soya sauce. Now add the boiled florets and little water. Mix gently so that all the florets are coated well.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Now reduce the heat. Add 5 to 6 florets into the hot oil. Fry on slow flame until they become crisp and golden in color on both sides. Increase the heat, take out the fried florets with a slotted spoon,keep on paper towels.Again reduce the heat,start the next batch.

Delicious Broccoli Snacks is ready, serve hot with ketchup. ENJOY.
