Today I am sharing with you a very simple snacks recipe made with Eggplant. It is an easy to make recipe but very tasty to eat. It is perfect for a party.
Cooking time – 35 minutes. Serve – 4.
1.Eggplant – 1 (large)
2.Egg – 2.
3.Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp.
4.Ginger paste – 1/4 tsp.
5.Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp.
6.Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp.
7.Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp.
8.Salt to taste.
9.Sugar – a pinch.
10.Bread crumbs/Corn flex crumbs (sugar free) – 200 grams.
11.Oil for deep frying.
1.Cut the Eggplant lengthwise into thin slices (with stem). Soak in water for 10 minutes and drain. Break the Eggs in a large bowl and beat.To this add ginger,garlic,garam masala,turmeric,chilly, salt and sugar. Mix them very well. Spread the crumbs (bread or corn flex) in a flat dish.
2.Heat enough oil in a frying pan. When hot reduce the heat. Take one eggplant slice, dip into the egg mixture, coat with bread crumbs and drop into the hot oil. Fry on slow heat until golden brown on both sides. Increase the heat and take out the fried slice with a slotted spoon, keep in paper towels. Eggplant Cutlet is ready. Reduce the heat and in this way fry all the Cutlets. Serve the delicious Snacks with Salads.
